Christmas

Brykman just loved picking on Cam.

I don't know why this kid loves hair so much but he does. Whenever you hold him, he loves to play with your hair...as you can see.Lizzy helped opening presents, even if you didn't want her to.
Grandparents and Grayson...wow he was such a spoiled little kid for Christmas.
Check out the cool elmo slippers
Lexy and Grayson were both sick for Christmas, so we can't wait until they come back out to Vernal so we can really have fun with them.

I haven't posted in a really long time, so here are just a few pictures to catch everyone up so they know what's been on.

I'm not sure when I took this picture, but I thought it was pretty cute so I wanted to post it. hehe
This is Boston, just trying out my new pillows for my room.
Boston was here for Thanksgiving. He found a lot of entertainment in my light.
In this picture, Boston is actually blowing on the light. Just think how much fun he is going to be for his birthday next year Kesh ;)
This is the majority of my birthday present. My family gave me a nice warm breadspread with sheets and blankets and pillows. And they all match my lovesac and black and white room perfectly! Thank you so much! I love it. :)

Head on Collision

Today, Mom got a call from Logan's school. He was playing basketball when he collided head on with another kid. Mom took him to the emergency, but the nurse said that he didn't have a concussion. Just a really nasty goose egg. By the way, the pictures don't do it justice. His head was pretty big!!

No Internet

Sorry, I haven't posted lately...ok...so I haven't posted for a very very long time. It's been a little hard to post-seeing that our family doesn't have any internet. But yes, we did move into our house. We all love it. It is so nice to finally be in!! Hopefully Mom will work on getting the internet so I can update a little more. :) BUT, I'm not making any promises. Basketball started last week and I made the team. Basically that just means that I don't really have a life because I'm so busy with sports, school, and work.

So is anybody out there going to the new Twilight movie? I am. :) And I'm so excited. I hope it is somewhat like the book. I'm going with my new sunday school class...we'll see how that goes.

Sorry it's taken so long to post. We are still really busy with our house. We have a little less than 30 days to be into our new house. It's so hectic, especially with school. I get up and go to school, go to work, work on our house, do homework, and eat dinner at 9:30. I don't have time to do anything else. And in the meantime, something is wrong with my camera. It's eating batteries like crazy. I'm going to see if I could some how take it back because it's ridiculous to spend so much money on a battery. We hope everything is going ok with everybody.

Continuation of our Home

We are STILL working on our house. Next month it will be an enitre year that we have worked on it. It's getting closer....but still not quite there yet. It gets very frustrating at times. Dad took two weeks off of work...so the only thing we have done the past week is work on the house. It seems like that's all we ever do around here anymore.

This is the home teacher room. You still can't see the color very well.

This is the fire place.

This is the kitchen floor tile.

This is my room. What do you think of the black trim?

This is the color of the laundry room. It's a goldish yellow color.

This is the master bath.

This is the master shower.

Chipmunk

Sorry it's taken me so long to update my blog. For two weeks I had three different jobs. It was very hectic. And now, Mom and I are sick. We just can not get over our stupid little colds! :( I am finally posting the final pictures of my chipmunk. It was hard to let him go, but now he is much happier!

Goodbye Chipmunk

Tomorrow is fianlly the day when I let my chipmunk go...it will be sad, but I'm very greatful for the short time I spent raising him. He is the cutest little thing. Fast too. :) The other day, Logan had him out of his cage and the chipmunk got away. Well, Logan and I spent atleast 20 minutes searching for him! He is just too quick to catch! Hopefully I don't cry. I have become pretty attatched to the little guy though. Jeez Lex, why did I get the kind and caring genes like you? ;) I will try to get a few last pictures of him. He has changed. He is much bigger now. Hopefully big enough to make it on his own.

I decided it was about time to update my blog. Our house is still coming along. Still too slow for my parents and the rest of the family. Sorry, the picture is a little crooked. :) I'm not the best photographer.... haha
Here is the top of the arch. I will put up a better picture when the brick layer moves his tools.

Mom started painting... this is the beginning of the kitchen area. That little "nook" right there is the pantry.
This is our future cabinets against the paint even though the paint looks white...it really isn't. It is actually the brownish color that you can see in all the other pictures.
Here is just another picture of the paint. Honestly...everywhere you turn, it looks like a different color because of the difference in lighting.
This is the dining room. It's a red color. The lighting makes it look like there's a streak in the paint but it's not really a streak.

Chipmunk

When I went to the family reunion, I found a baby chipmunk on the trail. Its mother was no where in site. We tried leaving it there for a few hours. But when we went back to the safe place we had placed him, he was cold and very inactive. We were afraid he was going to die if we left him there.......SO........I brought him home. :)
I am feeding it with a syringe. It seems to be doing ok, but I am no chipmunk expert.

Walker Reunion

This weekend I [Taylor] went to the Walker Reunion in American Fork. The reunion was held up by Timpanogos Cave. Everyone had a great time. It was wonderful to see everyone again. This is Luke's little boy. He is so cute!

The boys loved playing with the bubbles.
